The phrase as gaeilge(in Irish) must be on the illustration.

Congratulations to Ellen Keogh Ballycoog Guild
who represented Wicklow Federation in the Aldi Brown bread competition,
and was one of the eight semi finalists.

Congratulations to Ashford Guild who won the Baumann Shield for Music

Ashford also won the Eleanora Gibbon Cup for Drama 'ICA Has Got Talent'

Congratulations to Susanna Braswell Wicklow Town Guild
who won the Inter Federation Cup for Art (Photography)
and Stephanie Mc Donald Ashford Guild who won the Colour Section.
Congratulations to Hilda Roche who came 2nd in the Gael Linn Scéal Competition
They were presented with their awards at the national AGM in Athlone.

Congratulations to Mary Manley from Donard Guild
who came 2nd in the national final of the creative writing competition,
and Susanna Braswell from Wicklow Town Guild who won 3rd prize
The short story had to include the words
"Suddenly, out of nowhere came..."

Federation Guild of the Year Competition

11 guilds entered the Guild of the Year competition.
Tinahely, Aughrim, Bray Ballymorris, Newtownmountkennedy,
Avoca, Ballycoog, Delgany, Moneystown, Ashford, Wicklow Town, Donard
The standard was very high in all categories.
Congratulations to all these guilds
who showed the wealth of talent we have in Wicklow Federation.

Ballycoog were 2nd

Tinahely and Ashford tied for 3rd.
Well done ladies.
